What is your shipping timeline?

Once your transaction has been processed, it can take 3-4 business days to prepare and pack the artwork. Original paintings will leave the studio within 7 days but shipping times vary depends on carrier and distance.

Is the work insured in transit?

All original artworks are insured for the value of the sale during shipping (the shipping cost includes insurance).

what documentation is included?

Original artworks are shipped with the following documents: custom declaration (if necessary), instructions on how to unpack the work (if necessary), authenticity certificate, acquisition certificate, invoice.

how do you ship the artwork?

work can be shipped via the post office, UPS or Fedex Ground. If you have specific concerns please contact me.

can I pick up purchased artwork from the studio?

Yes, you are welcome to come to my studio to collect original artwork you have purchased however, you must message me and make an appointment and confirm that the piece is ready for pickup.

do you accept returns?

If you are dissatisfied with an artwork, you have 7 business days to return it to me in its original packaging. You will receive a refund within 7 business days.

Do you do commissions?

Yes, I do painting commissions, prices vary according to medium, size, complexity of project.
